Telecom Networking & Happening Event

Odessa Calling attendees are responsible for obtaining visa to Ukraine if they require it. Delegates can check if they need visa to entry Ukraine on the following website CHECK

Odessa Calling Committee can provide registered attendees with two visa support documents for obtaining Ukrainian visa:

1. Support letter issued by Ukrainian public authorities.

This is the best option that increases chances for obtaining the visa.

We can assist delegates with the letter and send them the hard copy. Delegates have to apply to the Ukrainian embassy personally and enclose the document to other application documents.

The document processing time usually takes one month. However, each document application is assessed individually, and processing times may vary. Document preparation and shipment fees will be invoiced additionally. The total amount will be approximately USD 100 depending on the country of shipment.

NOTE: We can accept requests until 31 March, 2014.

2. Odessa Calling invitation letter issued by Odessa Calling Committee.
